Will's First Christmas

We had a good Christmas this year. Will thoroughly enjoyed it especially opening up his presents. Not to mention Santa was really good to him. I can't believe he is almost a year old, wow time really flies by.

Will and The Christmas Tree

So I decided today I would take a few pictures of WIll in front of the Christmas tree. As you will be able to tell from the pictures he didn't want to set still. First he wanted to pull some ornaments off the tree, then he wanted to tear the bows off the presents. Mr. Busy body, but he is a cute and sweet little one.

OUR HOUSE IS FINALLY STARTING TO COME TOGETHER!

I am so excited about our house. We will be closing on it January 9th. The first couple of pictures are of our railing. I think they are beautiful. BYron's cousin who is doing our cabinetry also did our railing and I love it. The bottom picture is of our hardwood that byron has been installing all weekend. He is doing a fablous job. Can you tell i am getting very excited about my new house. My father in law Scott is doing our travertine tile in the laundry room and bathrooms and they look great too, but i wasn't able to take a picture. I think my house is going to be beautiful. But then again i am a little bias. I will take some more pictures of the house over the next couple of weeks so everyone can see the progress.

Will's first halloween was uneventful, not to mention he was asleep by 6:30pm, but he still was the cutiest bear. He was able to help his ooma hand out some candy. What a cute little boy!!

Here are a couple of pictures I took of Will yesterday outside. I think he looks so cute in these pictures. My favorite is the one with the hat on backwards and his pacifier in his mouth. He is such a sweet little boy!

Today Byron and I decided to take Will to a Pumpkin patch. One of the main reasons I wanted to go was to take pictures of Will with some pumpkins because I have already done two scrapbook pages that say at the pumpkin patch. Anyway, here are the lastest pictures of Will enjoy.....

Today while I was on the computer I was wearing my glasses and Will wanted me to take them off. So i finally did and put them on him. He thought that was so funny, so I took a couple of pictures of the little cutie.

Here is the picture I entered into the baby contest. I am sure he will not win, but I figured why not enter him somebody's child has to win why not be mine.

So I was informed that I really needed to post some new pics of Will considering I haven't posted in almost a month. Yes, I have been slacking. It's not like I am so busy and never have time, just haven't gotten around to doing it. So the only pictures I have taken lately were of Will and some new PJ's his grandmother bought him that came with a hat and of course I had to have him put the hat on much to his dismay. Anyway, I am going to try and post more, but I always say that. He has two teeth now so I am going to try and get a picture of him smiling so you can see them. He is such a cute and sweet little boy!

Peek-a-boo

Will loves to play peek a boo and in some of these pictures you will see him covering his face up for me to play it with him. What a fun little boy he is! I can't imagine my life without him.

Mover and Shaker

Will has been crawling backwards for awhile, but a couple of weeks ago he took a couple of forward crawls and now he won't sit still. I don't know who he is like! I call him the mover and shaker.

Here are the lastest pictures of Will. He is growing so fast. I can't believe it. He is sitting up by himself and crawling. Before I know it he will be walking to. He is always happy too especially when food is involved. He is definetly related to his mother.

The past couple of weeks have been a little crazy. Thank goodness my sister, Mandy came out and helped me pack my house up. We finally got a storage unit and it's off to the in-laws we go for six months until our house is finished being built. Thank goodness Will is a good baby and takes good naps so I can finish everything up. We close on the house on Thursday. I can't believe how fast time flies by. Oh well, it's exciting a new adventure. That is about all that is going on with us, but here are a couple new pictures of Will. He is a handsome smilely little guy or at least we think so.

Well we finally sold our house and we are excited, but a little scared too. We have decided to build so we will be moving in with Byron's parents for about 6 months. Hopefully all goes well! The house we are building is really cute. I can't wait until it's done and I get to decorate again. It seems like just when you get your house exactly the way you want it you do something dumb and put your house up for sale. Honestly, i didn't think it would sell this fast, but at least I will keep busy with making sure the building is going good and then painting and decorating my new home. Hopefully we will be in our new house by Will's 1st birthday.

After I looked over Robin's blog I realized Will and I are really boring people or maybe we just don't get out enough. So i decided I would do a little photo shoot with him. Sorry to say we didn't do anything fancy, but I got some really cute pictures of him. Or at least I think they are really cute and I am not bias by any means!!

So according to my lil' sis I need to update my blog. I am slowly getting into this whole blog thing. The only picture we took on the 4th of July of Will was on our way out to dinner. He is sitting in his car seat wearing his Yankee hat. I know I am southern, how could I let my child wear such a hat, but Byron is a huge Yankee fan, so I just deal with it.

Will's Blessing Day - June 18, 2006

We decided to bless Will on Father's Day and in North Carolina. My Dad was able to bless Will and he gave him a very special blessing. I am so thankful to my Dad for blessing my son. It really meant a lot to me. Will is a special little boy and I hope he knows how many people love and care about him. I was so glad that Byron's parents were able to come to NC to be a part of Will's blessing Day!

Will's 1st Trip to the Beach!

Will and I went to North Carolina for about 3 weeks. We made sure we planned it so we were able to go the Beach with the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will had such a good time. He loved the water and each time we went to the beach the ocean or something outside would put him right to sleep not for just a cat nap, but for a 2 hour nap. It was quit nice for me because then I was able to lay out and work on my tan. He is such a good baby. Each day I wake up I wonder how I got such an angel for a baby! Here are just a couple of the cute pictures from the beach. These are some of my favorites. But then again any picture with Will in it is my favorite. I am not bias at all!!

Will's First Eating of Real Food Experience

Today was a big day for Will. He got to eat some real food besides his yucky formula and boy was he excited. At dinner tonight he kept grabbing my mom's plate, so I decided to let him try some food and see how he does. As you will be able to tell from the pictures he did really well and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. By the second bit he decided that he could fed himself and kept grabbing the spoon and helping put it to his mouth. He is such a fun little boy. I am a little bias since I am his mother, but I think he is the cutest little boy! I can't believe how fast he is growing up.
